Served on the management team of a non-profit, two-year career college increasing graduate placement rate to 94%.

Contributed to the successful review by the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools (April 1995) enabling the college to reverse probation status.

Provided career counseling for students and alumni.

Directed the development and implementation of a national Executive Support Service – Outplacement Consulting.

Provided corporate outplacement and individual programs for candidates in career transition.

Responsible for business development and marketing of all of our services. Had the highest volume of sales for the firm after just six months.

Served as Office Manager, Staff Coordinator, and initiated communication with membership in regard to coordination of ministries and outreach.

Implemented a leadership training and recruitment program which increased membership involvement by 25% (total church membership consisted of 1,550 people).

Counseled individuals in various areas of marital, financial, personal, family, and/or community problem solving.

Administered a $1.2 million church budget. During tenure, weekly member contributions increased by $5,500.
